The company uses computer vision and physical AI models to handle diverse products such as burger buns, cookies, and granola bars. The application supports four placement capabilities, including reorienting items to precise angles and placing multiple items into packaging containers. Chef Robotics' baked goods packing application is available in the U.S., Canada, Germany, and the UK as part of its robotics-as-a-service pricing model. The capability runs on existing robotic hardware and software, allowing manufacturers to deploy it without changing production lines. It offers higher throughput, reduced labor dependency, and consistent presentation across shifts.
