Cityscape Global returns to Riyadh as Saudi real estate push gains pace

Cityscape Global 2026 will take place in Riyadh from November 16–19, hosted at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre (Malham). Organized by Tahaluf in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH), the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Vision 2030, and the Housing Program, the event will bring together global investors, developers, policymakers, and industry leaders to advance Saudi Arabia’s urban development and infrastructure goals. Last year’s edition saw $63 billion in deals signed and over 164,000 visitors from 120+ countries, demonstrating the platform’s role in expanding real estate investment. Majed bin Abdullah Al Hogail, Saudi Minister of Municipalities and Housing, emphasized the event’s importance in boosting homeownership and accelerating development projects. He noted that Cityscape Global connects stakeholders to support long-term economic transformation under Vision 2030. The 2026 edition will feature 600+ exhibitors, including 82 international developers, and attract institutional investors managing over $6 trillion in assets. Fahad Al Jahrami, Chief Development and Asset Management Officer at Qatari Diar, highlighted the event’s value in showcasing projects and fostering global partnerships. This will mark Qatari Diar’s third participation, aligning with its expansion ambitions. New initiatives include the Real Estate Leaders Club, offering one-to-one meetings with local developers and government officials, alongside site visits and market trend discussions. The G2G Co-Lab platform will facilitate policy discussions among ministers, mayors, and ambassadors to promote international cooperation. These programs aim to strengthen investor engagement and public-private collaboration in Saudi Arabia’s growing real estate sector.
