DU COL Opens Admissions for Foreign Language and Professional Courses; Apply before 10 July 2026

The Campus of Open Learning (COL), University of Delhi (DU), has begun accepting applications for its one-year certificate and diploma programs in eight foreign languages and professional courses. The foreign language offerings include German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, delivered in collaboration with the Department of Germanic and Romance Studies and the Department of East Asian Studies. Additionally, a Russian language program has been introduced through the Department of Slavonic and Finno-Ugrian Studies. Applications are open for professional programs such as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc), Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLISc), and Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising and Digital Media Leadership (PGDADLM). The Open Learning Development Centre (OLDC) will soon introduce online versions of the language courses to improve accessibility nationwide. The application deadline is 10 July 2026, with the last date for fee payment set at 14 July 2026. Interested candidates must visit the official website, cifl.oldcdu.ac.in, to apply.
