Former Packers draft pick Anthony Johnson Jr. to sign with Bears

Anthony Johnson Jr., a former seventh-round draft pick of the Green Bay Packers in 2023, will sign with the rival Chicago Bears. Johnson, who played for the Packers as a rookie in 2023 and appeared in 12 games with 24 tackles, three passes defensed, and an interception, was released before the 2024 season. He later joined the New York Giants, where he played nine games in 2023 before spending the 2025 season on injured reserve and being waived in March.
