Google puts Gemini Enterprise at the heart of the new agentic taskforce for enterprise automation

Google Cloud is accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence agents in enterprise computing. The company has revamped Gemini Enterprise to transition AI from a productivity tool to a secure, autonomous engine for business. Gemini Enterprise provides a secure environment for building and deploying AI agents with their own identity, registry, and gateway. The platform includes the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Agent Designer tool, and features like 'Skills' and 'Inbox' for agentic management. New features called Projects and Canvas will enable AI to function as a team member. The revamp aims to solve problems around siloed AI agents and convince enterprises to adopt autonomous systems.
