Hyperscale Data's Subsidiary Omnipresent Robotics Enters into an Agreement Providing for the Acquisition of Robots from AGIBOT and Related Developments

Hyperscale Data, Inc., an AI data center company specializing in Bitcoin infrastructure, announced its subsidiary Omnipresent Robotics finalized an agreement with Singapore-based AGIBOT to acquire up to 143 intelligent robots. The deal formalizes a prior memorandum of understanding signed April 15, 2026, allowing Omnipresent to resell the robots under its brand and establish a robotics data collection center at Hyperscale Data’s Michigan facility. The 100,000 sq ft allocated within the facility’s 617,000 sq ft will support teleoperation, vision-language-action (VLA) data processing, and embodied AI training. Hyperscale Data expects the deployment to generate real-world datasets for AI model training, industrial automation, and security applications while expanding Michigan’s workforce in teleoperation, data labeling, and engineering roles. The robots will be produced by AGIBOT and a Chinese-affiliated supplier, with units already on order. Hyperscale Data emphasized the facility’s existing power infrastructure and proximity to engineering talent as advantages for future expansion. The company plans to leverage the Michigan hub for robotics-as-a-service, AI training partnerships, and third-party data collection programs. Executive Chairman Milton 'Todd' Ault III stated the move marks a shift from planning to active deployment, positioning Hyperscale Data to drive demand for AI compute and real-world data generation. CEO William B. Horne added that each deployed robot will contribute to domestic VLA and embodied AI datasets, supporting broader AI and robotics applications. The agreement builds on Omnipresent’s prior relationship with AGIBOT and aligns with Hyperscale Data’s goal of scaling embodied AI infrastructure in the U.S. The company noted potential commercial opportunities, though deployment timing and revenue outcomes remain uncertain.
