Island Passage Exploration Limited and its partner Isina Resource Holdings Limited have filed an annual report with the Autonomous Bougainville Government, documenting progress made at the EL02 license in Central Bougainville, Papua New Guinea, during 2025. The partners operate a large-scale copper-gold exploration program across the 250-km2 license. The 2025 field campaign confirmed the presence of large-scale porphyry-type and high-grade epithermal hydrothermal systems, de-risking the project. Significant findings include the Bara-Tangka prospect, a large-scale copper-gold-molybdenum target, and the Takina vein complex, hosting variably mineralized structures with high-grade gold and copper. The project has also had socioeconomic impacts, including community investments such as building supplies for schools and a teacher's house, and aid distribution to victims of Cyclone Maila. The partners have also assisted in the construction of a seismic monitoring station at Mt. Baganda and planned village-based chicken and egg farms.
