Lou Malnati's turns the classic Italian beef into a deep-dish pizza

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is combining Italian beef and deep-dish pizza into a new menu item called the 'Italian Combo Beef-Za.' The specialty pizza features Italian beef, sausage, and giardiniera atop the chain's signature Buttercrust, alongside mozzarella and vine-ripened tomato sauce. The creation was inspired by Chicago chef Jeff Mauro, whose branded Italian beef and giardiniera products are used on the pie. The Italian Combo Beef-Za is available in deep dish, thin crust, and gluten-free deep dish formats for dine-in, carryout, and delivery through May 31. The pizza is available at Lou Malnati's locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Arizona. The limited-time offer celebrates Italian Beef Month.
