At least 12 people were injured in a mass shooting near the Old West End Festival in Toledo, Ohio, on Saturday evening. Police confirmed there were two shooters and that all victims are expected to survive. The incident occurred around 5:30 PM near Delaware Avenue and Robinwood Avenue, with multiple victims transported to nearby hospitals.
