One of Surrey's best chefs to cook at famous AA Hospitality Awards

Three award-winning chefs will lead the culinary experience at the AA Hospitality Awards 2026, set for September 21 at London’s JW Marriott Grosvenor House. Head chef Steve Smith of Latymer in Bagshot, Surrey, will prepare the starter, showcasing his 25-year Michelin-starred career and five AA Rosettes. Latymer, the only Surrey restaurant with five AA Rosettes, is based in the Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa and specializes in modern British tasting menus with seasonal, sustainable ingredients. Tom Aikens, a 2024 AA Chefs’ Chef Award winner, will craft the main course at his five-rosette restaurant, Muse. Hrishikesh Desai, chef patron at Farlam Hall Hotel and Restaurant, will design the final course, blending Indian heritage with French techniques and holding four AA Rosettes.
