Penn State guard transfers to Richmond

Penn State guard Dominick Stewart has transferred to Richmond. Stewart, a sophomore, was expected to be part of Penn State's rebuild. He was a three-star recruit from California who committed to Penn State despite receiving more attention from Group of Five schools. Stewart started 24 games for Penn State but saw a decline in his stats, shooting 34.8% from deep and 40.1% from the field. He will now join the Richmond Spiders, one of the A-10's worst teams. Penn State has lost four guards to the transfer portal but has made some additions, including Brant Byers from Miami(Ohio) and Robert Blums from Davidson.
