Prime Minister Netanyahu Warns Israel Will Continue Neutralising Threats In Middle-East Despite US-Iran Agreement

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defended Israel’s recent military operations against Iran during a press conference on Monday night, dismissing criticism over their outcomes. He described preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons as his life’s mission and stated that Israel would continue taking action to ensure Tehran never obtains such capabilities. Netanyahu claimed Israel, alongside the United States, executed the largest offensive air operation in its history, targeting nuclear facilities, missile production sites, and senior Iranian military officials. He asserted the campaign destroyed key infrastructure, eliminated nuclear scientists, and inflicted hundreds of billions to a trillion dollars in economic damage to Iran. The Prime Minister argued that without these operations, Iran would already possess atomic bombs, posing an existential threat to Israel. He warned that millions of Israeli citizens would have faced mass death if Iran had advanced toward nuclear capability, emphasizing the urgency of the military response. Netanyahu also highlighted Israel’s broader regional operations against Iran-backed groups in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and the West Bank. He claimed senior Hamas leaders, including Mohammed Deif, Ismail Haniyeh, and Yahya Sinwar, were eliminated during these campaigns. Despite the achievements, Netanyahu cautioned that Israel’s security challenges remain unresolved. He urged continued vigilance and determination to defend the country against future threats, emphasizing that the struggle against Iran is far from over.
