Pudu Robotics and Shenzhen CTID Co. Ltd Launch the World's First Full-Scenario Robot-Serviced Hotel Project

Pudu Robotics and Shenzhen Culture & Tourism Industry Development Co. Ltd (Shenzhen CTID Co. Ltd) have launched a groundbreaking project to develop the world’s first full-scenario robot-serviced hotel on the West Artificial Island of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, a key infrastructure hub in China’s Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The partnership aims to deploy advanced robotics and AI across every stage of guest experience, setting a new global standard for intelligent hospitality. The hotel will operate in phases, with trial operations scheduled for late 2026. Early guests will access robot-powered services, including automated check-in, luggage transport, and in-room delivery. The project aligns with a long-term vision extending to 2030, positioning the hotel as a showcase for next-generation automation in tourism. During a signing ceremony, Pudu Robotics demonstrated its robotic solutions in action. FlashBot handled autonomous beverage delivery, while the PUDU T300 transported luggage and interacted with elevators, supporting up to 300 kilograms. Cleaning robots like the PUDU CC1 Pro and MT1 performed real-time maintenance, and BellaBot Pro served coffee with voice and lighting interactions. KettyBot Pro delivered refreshments while displaying event information, and the PUDU D5 robot engaged guests with interactive performances. The initiative highlights Pudu Robotics’ commitment to scaling embodied AI in premium hospitality. Cong Guo, Co-founder and CTO, emphasized the project’s role in exploring new service models where AI and robotics collaborate seamlessly. The West Artificial Island’s strategic location will allow visitors to experience these innovations firsthand, reinforcing the region’s position as a leader in smart infrastructure. With phased rollouts beginning this year, the project marks a milestone in blending technology with hospitality. The collaboration between Pudu Robotics and Shenzhen CTID Co.
