The airline confirmed five weekly flights and appointed Open Sky as its General Sales Agent (GSA) to strengthen market distribution, targeting high-value travelers from Hong Kong. As the first full-service carrier on this route, Sun PhuQuoc Airways offers premium amenities such as hot meals, checked baggage, inflight entertainment, and Business Class, alongside a unique 'Hotel Check-in' service for Sun Group hotel guests. The airline introduced the Sun Executive Lounge at Phu Quoc International Airport, designed with artistic flair and personalized services, reinforcing its goal of setting a five-star aviation standard. Sun PhuQuoc Airways also reported a strong operational record, leading Vietnam’s airlines in on-time performance with an 84% rate in Q1 2026, according to the Civil Aviation Authority. This reflects disciplined operations and real-time control despite rapid expansion. Future plans include standardizing cabin interiors under the 'Élégance Indochine' theme and introducing A330 widebody aircraft.
