TailorCare Appoints Loïc Juillard as Chief Technology Officer

TailorCare, a Nashville-based value-based specialty care organization focused on musculoskeletal (MSK) health, has named Loïc Juillard as its new Chief Technology Officer. Juillard will report directly to CEO Rachel Winokur and lead technology strategy, including AI/ML deployment, data infrastructure, and platform scaling to support personalized care navigation. Juillard arrives with experience scaling technology organizations at the intersection of AI, hardware, and cloud systems. His most recent role was as CTO at SafelyYou, where he oversaw R&D for mission-critical systems. Prior positions include leadership roles at Salesforce Health Cloud, AT&T, and Sama, where he focused on translating advanced technology into real-world clinical outcomes. At TailorCare, Juillard will drive the company’s AI and data capabilities, central to its model of delivering personalized MSK care to over 3 million commercial and Medicare Advantage members across all 50 states. The appointment aligns with TailorCare’s expansion of its risk-bearing care model, which combines predictive analytics, AI, and evidence-based guidelines to guide patient treatment pathways. TailorCare’s platform leverages proprietary datasets and AI to assess patient symptoms, health history, and preferences, ensuring tailored care navigation.
