YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH), an AI-native workforce management platform, announced the launch of its Humanoid Robotics Training Lab in Singapore on June 3, 2026. The lab, running on NVIDIA accelerated computing, will collect structured real-world human activity data from YY Group’s 500,000 workers across hospitality, food, and facility services in 12 countries. This follows the April 2026 opening of a similar facility in Johor, Malaysia, underpinning the company’s ‘Human-Robot Co-Working’ framework. The lab will also serve as a demonstration space for clients, showcasing AI-enhanced robots designed to handle repetitive tasks alongside human staff. To test real-world applications, YY Group partnered with a leading Singapore shopping mall and luxury hotel for pilot deployments. Robots will operate alongside human workers, capturing operational data to refine spatial awareness and task efficiency. YY Group CEO Mike Fu stated the framework aims to combine robotic precision with human expertise, addressing labor shortages while creating higher-margin revenue opportunities. The initiative aligns with YY Group’s May 2026 strategic update, focusing on hybrid workforce models without altering its FY2026 revenue guidance of US$103 million to US$110 million. The Singapore lab complements the Johor facility, expanding YY Group’s ability to train robots for commercial use in service environments. Data collected will support both internal automation efforts and external AI/robotics developers, reinforcing the company’s role as a structured dataset provider.
